Nuori Yrittäjyys is a program in school for young entrepreneurs who want to try out running a business. The students come up with their own business ideas and throughout the school year, students compete against other students from all over Finland in exhibitions.

This program is what started our company Lentus Films UF back in 2016. We came all the way to the final stage of the competition and even won a prize at the finals. Then the school year was over and it was time for everyone involved to shut down their companies (you could only have a “UF/NY” business for 1 year legally), but we had other plans. We went straight to registering our company to become Lentus Films Ab, and the rest is history.

Why Nuori Yrittäjyys is on our client list is because we actually worked alongside them in 2019 through 2020 and produced videos to their social media channels. It was a really humbling experience to be back at the exhibitions that we participated in ourselves a few years back and to give back to the program that got us started on our career path.
